Shipping & Returns









We aim to ship your order in 1-5 working days, in the unlikely event this is not possible you will be informed immediately.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, please see the tracking number on your 'order shipped' confirmation email to obtain your parcels wereabouts. Alternatively contact us so we are able to check the progress for you - 0116 2514278

It is the responsibility of the customer to supply us with a correct postal address - additional charges resulting from postal address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note.

Once your order has been dispatched we cannot amend the postal address on the order.


We are confident that you will receive your Instinct UK products on time and in perfect condition, but if you do come across any unforeseen issues, heres what to do....


Please contact our customer service team, either through our contact form or on

0116 2514278 immediately and within 14 days to report the fault and we can make arrangements for a replacement or refund accordingly.

EARRINGS: Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot except the return of earrings.

International Returns: Duties and Taxes and postage costs occurring from international purchases are non refundable.
